	TC Enviroprime is a petrolatum based primer that exhibits preferential wetting capabilities to readily coat wet or dry surfaces and cavities prior to the application of TC Envirocoat products. Technical Information Standards: ANSI/AWWA C-217 Color: Yellow Specific Gravity: 0.8 - 0.9 Thickness: Apply to 2 mils minimum Application Apply by hand to assure preferential wetting of the surface above or below the water line to a minimum thickness of 2 mils (.002").
